Tiramisu



Ingredients
3 eggs
250g of mascarpone
3 tbsp caster sugar
Ladyfinger biscuits
Espresso
Splash of Marsala wine
Cocoa powder
Method
Start by separating the egg yolks and egg whites.
Beat the egg whites until thick.
Beat the egg yolks with 3 tbsp of sugar until pale yellow.
Add the mascarpone to the egg yolks mix, and then incorporate the egg whites.
Take an espresso and add a splash of the wine, you can use whiskey or rum.
Slightly soak the biscuits in the coffee mix (1, 2 seconds max) and do the first layer of the tiramisu, add the mascarpone mix and repeat the process.
Leave it in the fridge for at least 2hours.
Serve it with cocoa powder.
