Tuna fried steak, sriracha and lime mayo
and ikura sandwich

Brioche

Tuna steak

Egg

Bread crumbs

Mayonnaise

Sriracha

Lime

Method

  1. Start by beating the egg in one bowl and spreading some bread crumbs with salt in other.

  2. Meanwhile, start heating the oil to deep fry the tuna steak.

  3. For the sauce, mix 3 tbsp of mayonnaise for 2 tbsp of sriracha and zest of half a lime.

  4. Start heating another pan to toast the brioche.

  5. Once the temperature of the oil reaches 175ºC, fry the steak for 30 seconds, maximum, otherwise you’ll cook the steak, and we don’t want that.

  6. Leave the tuna to rest a couple minutes,

  7. Spread the mayo in the toasted brioche, assemble with the tuna steak and add some ikura.
